CRIMINAL & TRAFFIC LAWYER

gif-arrow

Grant Holman… Just a guy that does law.

Have you ever wondered if there are any lawyers out there that are Crash Investigators.  Well you don’t have to look any further.  Grant Holman is a Crash Investigator and was a full time Crash Investigator and Highway Patrol Sgt for the Police. Grant continues to hone his skills by attending the latest and up to date training in the field. What better than to have a specialist traffic and crash investigation lawyer on your side.

I have extensive experience defending criminal and traffic matters in Local and District courts primarily within Sydney but also in the Hunter Valley and Central Coast

I provide practical legal advice free of jargon so clients leave the appointment understanding what they have been charged with, what the penalties for the offence are and what needs to be done to finalise their matter.

Throughout the matter I will keep in regular contact with you so you are well informed of the process, clear on where your matter is up to and aware of what you need to do to prepare for when your matter is next before the Court. Should you have any questions regarding your matter it will be me that you speak with directly.

Often when you need a lawyer it is a difficult time in your life and so much can be riding on the outcome of your matter both personally and professionally. I understand that during this period you need someone who is readily available, understanding and empathetic and who will work hard to achieve the best possible outcome for you.

I appreciate it is difficult at the best of times to ask for time off work, let alone to see a lawyer and this is why I offer appointments outside of business hours to help make the process of obtaining legal assistance easier.

If you have been charged with a criminal or traffic matter please contact me and we can arrange an appointment at a time that suits you.
